Called 5 times about a wiring harness for my truck to body... all within a 2 week span. Took down the serial number on my body every time. Never got a call back, each time on the phone they said they would call me right back and let me know if the part was available and what not. Would never buy from this place. There’s another dejana in Lancaster ma. go there.
Curt was excellent. He was extremely helpful and I walked out with everything I needed.
We bought a 2019 F550 from Flood Ford and a month after having it we noticed the underbody paint was peeling. Flood recommended we take it back to Dejana and believed it was a factory oversight. I spoke with Pat from Dejana who was courteous and accommodating. Being out of state, they came and picked up the vehicle and repaired it within a few days and then transported it back to us. We are very happy with the service from Dejana. Thank you!
Great place. Professional and quick to get unloaded.
Went there to get a few lights for a bed that we got on our truck from them and they couldn't even stock them. We got a girl at the front desk who continued to argue with us over why after that experience there I would not recommend going there
