I cannot say enough good about this dealership and their customer service. Mike Bernardo is a true class act and he has been extremely helpful. We did not buy our Volvo from Steingold, but we did buy our extended warranty from them after being given a referral. I am sure glad we did! Mike is always friendly and pleasant to work with, and he has been incredibly helpful to us throughout the duration of our ownership experience. My only wish is that every other business offered such levels of service to their customers! I would absolutely do business with him and his dealership again without hesitation.
Steingold Volvo continues to impress me with their understanding of customer service. I had an unexpected issue with my car and was taken immediately and kept informed of the progress of the repair while I waited. The entire team is professional and serve as a reminder why Steingold sets the bar that other dealers only hope to attain. Kudos!
Michael Bernardo was great. Helped me a great deal with extended warranty. I would like to have had the warranty terms and conditions before I bought it. Would Not have made a difference for me.

The service department was stellar. They really went out of their way to try to save me money. Susan is very friendly and extremely helpful and Danny is a very competent mechanic.
