Majestic Honda

My husband and I recently purchased a used 2018 Honda Pilot from Majestic Honda. Our salesman, Richard Brown, was professional, knowledgeable and able to answer any/all questions we had. We did not have to go through 2 or more people to talk about trade-in values, loans, etc. Our experience was quite a surprise to us as we have bought new and used cars in the past; but nothing compared to the great service we were afforded by Richard Brown, the genera manager and staff at Majestic Honda.

Everyone is decent here. When I purchased my very FIRST dealer car, I had no idea that there were other factors in a monthly payment besides the loan. My interest rate is unnecessarily high and that’s because I got it through the dealer and told them what I wanted my monthly payments to look like. They got me good because I’m paying more interest a month than the actual principal. When I saw my interest rate %, this past year, I couldn’t believe it.

Bought my first car here and could not have had a better experience. Barbara was kind, thoughtful, and helpful. Beyond thrilled with my purchase would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Super friendly atmosphere not pushy or rude at all. If you’re looking to buy a car this is definitely a spot to check out- ask for Barbara she’s literally the best went above and beyond!!!!

I can't even express how pleasant of an experience I had doing business with Barbara. It's been rough on my end looking for cars and had been really stressful on top of my personal situation. Barbara went out of her way to come bring me to the dealership, she didn't take any advantage of me while I was there, and sold me a car for a phenomenal price. On top of that, she even brought me home and she'd come back the next day to pick me up to finalize the purchase. Transportation had been rough on me before hand, but nice things like coming to pick up a customer who is in need for a vehicle can go a long way. It relieved a lot of stress, and also taught how kindness can really affect a person. I can't thank you enough Barbara for making such an easy, clean, and a great deal for a slick car! I had my vehicle in for service the other day and Carlos was very helpful through out my whole experience. I would 100% recommend to friends and family for service and will continue going there with my 97 honda accord for any issues I have.
