A very straightforward dealership from beginning to end. Dominic the General Manager was great! He really made us feel like family. The car we purchased needed some servicing before delivery. Tony (from A to Z Transmissions and Auto Repair) was professional and the work done was top notch. After delivery we had some issues with the vehicle. If you’re reading this review this is the important part: Ernie (owner) and the whole team came through to resolve them. My boyfriend and I just purchased a car from Ultra a couple weeks ago. The experience from start to finish was excellent! Domenic was really nice to work with and he sold us a great car. We found a couple issues with it after we drove off, but the Ultra owners and Tony (independent mechanic next door to Ultra) helped us get the car in good condition. We brought it to another independent mechanic afterwards and he confirmed that they did a good job and sold us a good car. We are happy we bought from Ultra and would do it again. Thank you!!
