I really don’t get how hard this job is. Asked for Honey Mustard over the speaker and again at the window. They gave me spicy buffalo. Where in honey mustard did you get spicy buffalo?! Reading is fundamental and so is paying attention to detail.

Sometimes good. Found a hair in my sandwich & went back showed it to them then were 2 more on bread. A girl working there did not believe me. Not proper customer service. Was not very hungry after that.

So apparently the manager with the shaved hair red at the Cumberland Rhode Island McDonald's on Mendon Road thinks that it's okay to toast the Filet-O-Fish buns when they're supposed to be steamed and she said if I don't like it I can go somewhere else okaynI've called the owner of this particular franchise three different occasions because three different stores the steamer was broken and he doesn't care to fix anything ud83eudd2eud83eudd2e

Soni want to preface this by saying I've been going to this mc donald's for over a year now since living in lincoln and recently the quality of output has been terrible. Went through the drive thru the end of last week ordered and paid for 2 meals and chicken nuggets...drove home and realized there were no chicken nuggets. Went tonight and walked in to order (usually has better results) and order a meal and some mc doubles and fries. . . Got charged for and received a third fry when I am pretty sure I only ordered one additional with my meal but maybe I did order 2 extras in error. But then mc doubles came with no pickles no onions....what the heck is that. I didn't order them made without ingredients. So once again went hoping to satisfy a craving and was let down but at least the fries were hot and fresh I guess.

The service was good, the food arrived fast, and the employees were welcoming.
