I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years! And my parents were also customers long before that. I dropped my taxes off to be done and recieved a call that I was missing something. I can say without any uncertainty that I provided that document. Not only was Rick Alger rude to me he clearly loss my document which I now need to get from the bank. He even hung up on me! When I called backnto tell him to leave my documents for me, he hung up again! TIME TO RETIRE RICK!
