I saw Perella's on Restaurant Impossible. When I found out they made their own pasta, sausage and sauce in-house, it became a place I needed to experience. My best friend and I proceeded to make a 3 1/2 hour road trip from upstate NY, and - WOW - so happy we did! We feasted on such delicious food! Our server was wonderful and made great menu recomendations. The owner/ chef, Lou, took time out of his busy night to come sit and talk to us. What a great person with such talent for creating yummy food! Thank you to everyone at Perella's! You made us feel at home and left us with smiles and full bellies

A wonderful Italian restaurant with meals prepared with love. Lou is passionate about his Italian heritage and it shows in his meals. Every meal was delicious and fresh. Wonderful portions. I enjoyed the stuffed steak stuffed with Italian sausage, spinach and cheese with a wonderful sauce. My wife had chicken marsala with home made pasta. Delicious! Lou cure's the sausage in his cooler. Made with love!

Fantastic! A true family feel. The homemade pasta is unbelievable. The menu options are dynamite and delicious! Ask your server for a Squeeze, a classic cocktail, Lou’s way. Go there, Get there, Be There!!

I was visiting a good friend of mine and I wanted Italian food he advised me to check out Perella‘s Italian restaurant. WOW !!! 1000 Stars ⭐ufe0f Best Italian food I think I had ever eaten. My wife and I still talk about how great the food was. We live in Texas and cannot wait to go back to visit and definitely going back to Perella’s.

This is a post pleading to locals to help this restaurant stay the course. Watching Lou on Restaurant Impossible touched my heart. He reminds me so much of my own kind hearted, hardworking, stubborn father and I want so badly for him to stay well and for his restaurant to succeed. I used to live nearby, but I now live in CO and I'm obviously not able to visit. I plan to visit when traveling back home is possible again. Good luck Lou and Parella's Ristorante, I'm rooting for you!
