So impressed with Open Road RV Repair. Professional, straight shooters. The initial phone contact was very informative including the cost of the service call so there were no surprises on my end. The technician showed up on time, and worked efficiently. I will definitely do business with them again.
Extremely overpriced. Called for slider/battery issue and tail out light (not bulb, suspected wiring). Slider/battery resolved itself a few days prior (somehow) and I called to update them on it and said I'd still have them come out to repair broken tail light. Turned out it was a connection to the truck issue, as we have a new tow vehicle. Technician was kind and prompt but was required to charge us $200 service call to show up for 15-20 minutes and do no repairs. I called the office to explain the situation and the policy is $200 to show up even if it's brief and no work is required. Next time I'll use another RI mobile RV company that is only $75 to show up and diagnose which I think is a much more fair price.
Great service. I have had several repairs completed by open road. They are always quick to respond and provide quality work.

I’m new to the RV world. My wife and I purchased a used Fifth wheel. Apparently it had a few undisclosed issues. Open Road came and within minutes figured out the problem and corrected it at a reasonable cost. The staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable.
