Melville Ponds Campground

Went here a few years back and wanted to book again for this June ...went to thier website to do a Saturday and Sunday 2 night stay and no matter when I try to book for it says minimum of 3 night stay !!! Seriously ??? Some of us have to work 40 hours a week but would like the option to go camping on the 2 days off we do have!!! Ridiculous.

Beautiful, clean campground with friendly owners. Don't miss the trails down to the waterfall

I would give this campground an A rating. We would’ve originally stayed at the beach because we wanted to be close to the surf spots but the value for this place was a good choice. Not too hilly. Gravel lots that are pretty flat and easy to back in to. Trails nearby but still close to Newport. Brenden helped us a lot. Thanks for everything.

Grate camp ground! But I'm a local and it's close and easy. Center area is campers surrounded by tent sights. Always a comfortable stay. There trails to the pond are well maintained as of late as well. I was verry pleased
