Unfortunately I never got in for an appointment though maybe I was lucky to have not . I was canceled on THREE times in a row !nnAnd each was literally hours before my appointment via text from their personal phonen.. the last straw was a text from the stylist at almost 1 am on the day of my appointment.. I decided that was I was done and decided I was not even going to respond.. never mind that I was highly frustrated and disappointed , but even then she never reached out to check that I got her 1 am text to be sure I didn’t show up for that morningnnNever mind the fact that each time I had to pay a babysitter even though she cancelled on me since it was so last minute and also my husband left work early for one of the appointments so I could get there only to have her cancelnnEach time I got a story and sad face emojis.. just very unprofessional and showed little regard for my timennAlso know it’s not just me that got a bunch of cancellations/ rescheduling .nnI also reached out to the other stylist / owner to express what happened and see if perhaps she would offer to get me an appointment with her because now it’s weeks I waited for an appointment but she never respondednnI know it’s a new salon and I can see they do a good job on hair but the unprofessional and careless attitude to the customers needs a huge improvement.nI hope that this doesn’t keep happening to others which is why I’mnposting a review

Lindsey is the most down to earth, compassionate, kindest hair dresser you will ever meet. She pays attention to every little detail and always brings your hair dreams to a reality. She’s always up to date on new trends and techniques and is super creative and on point when it comes to mixing colors. She makes you feel comfortable and listens to every detail of your hair needs while at the same time getting to know you. She cares genuinely about her clients and loves to build relationships with her girls! She always goes above and beyond to make you feel beautiful walking out of that salon. The salon is absolutely beautiful and chic. It was just an overall great experience and best haircut I’ve had in a long long time. Sandra was as lovely as ever and did an amazing job. Obsessed with my new hair! Thank you!!

I just moved to Bristol and was looking for a new salon. This place caught my eye from the street with its cool décor... but my time spent with Sandra is going to make me come back again and again! I absolutely love my hair cut- she did an amazing job. Thank you!! See you next time.

I loved it, it’s so cute inside and the quality of work is like no other my hair looks like a Pinterest photoud83dude0d right near a coffee shop so u can stop and grab a coffee and get your hair done would definitely recommend!!
