Stacy watches out for us even virtually. Also, when technology throws a weird zoom bomb at the class, she continues to calmly guide us as best as possible so we miss nothing!

This is the real deal. It's hard to find authentic Bikram Yoga classes but this studio has awesome teachers and a super clean and professional environment. I go out of my way to get to this studio when I'm in the area. They make you feel like a member even if you're just popping in.

Everyone that I have met have been very helpful and the energy has been second to none, The classes are catered to all, as a beginner I felt at ease from the get go, A happy place to start off 2020. Happy New year

Amazing place!! Make sure to try it! So worth it and such a good workout!! I feel so much straighter after just 1 month! Cannot stay away!
