Great staff. They are friendly and very helpful in finding the right storage location as well as the right storage unit. Don't forget about the FREE truck on moving in as well!
My wife and I have rented units from them in 3 different locations over the years and always had good experiences. The facilities are taken very good care of and the office staff have always been helpful. Even my 80 year old dad from out of town remarks how well they take care of their storage units and how many different locations they have across West Kentucky.
Not a happy customer. In comparison they fail horribly. When I moved my things from a unit in a urban area in Georgia to AAA in rural Kentucky I rented the same size unit. Only it did not offer electricity, a gate, nor the top of the line security offered in Georgia. And yet I pay double the monthly amount. I will be moving my items asap.
I do business here but on opposite side of storage rental space. Good people. Very professional. Deal with them about one Sat a month
