CVS

I’ve been coming here for 2 years. This is the worst CVS Pharmacy I have ever been to. The store itself is fine, well kept, kinda low staff but it’s never been an issue.nnThe pharmacy on the other hand, is terrible. Picking up my prescription has never been short of having a 20 minute conversation and always leaving without what I came for. This location has changed my prescription without calling my doctor, has misspelt my name making it incredibly difficult to deal with on the phone, and almost NEVER lets me know when my prescription is ready for pick up. The times they did let me know, I got there and it wasn’t even ready.nnThe pharmacist(s) are nice and smart, but they make it a YOU problem when CVS makes mistakes. Today was the last time I’m dealing with it. I’m picking up my prescription and finding a new pharmacy.

For over the past few years, since Rite Aid closing :( , we have switched our prescriptions to this pharmacy. The attitudes of staff and the pharmacists, that decide when they will fill your prescription, being told inaccurate information, calling other stores, just to receive a text that your prescription has been filled. It is constant and pure annoyance stepping foot into this store and even worse using the drive thru that is ten cars lengths of a wait. To get to the front and told to drive around. Surely, I hope Warren CVS is better, I’ve already started transferring.

I went into the store last night. I tried to get the coupon machine to work, no luck. I had about. $ 25.00 purchase and a coupon to save $4.00 off of a $20.00 order, however it expired the day before. I asked the cashier if they accept expired coupons, she said no. I said ok, no problem can you check to see if I have any coupons on my card as I could not get the machine to work... she looked and said no, no coupons for you. So ok, I have her check me out. With my mile long receipt are a bunch of coupons and one is $4.00 off of $20.00 ! Oh my gosh!!!! I cannot believe the customer service I received here. Times are tough for all of us and kindness goes along way. The bottom line is... there are other stores we can shop at...

AS of January 1st, 2020 Blue Cross offers $400/year coverage for OTC medical benefits at PARTICIPATING Preferred CVS!!!! Great, rightud83dudc4d NOT IF YOUR PHARMACY IS IN BRISTOL, Rhode Island ⚓⚓ud83cuddfaud83cuddf8ud83cuddfaud83cuddf8ud83dude92ud83dude91ud83dudea8ud83dude93 Like other reviews, I have read, I dread going there even once a month, and I try to make sure it's drive-thru!! The only downfall is my EXTRA BUCKS Expire every month. Now, I know why they expire in 14 days!! Why go back, unless you deperately need something?

Close to my house. I have only experienced nice staff.
