LOFT

Staff at this Loft location could use some sensitivity training. They are unprofessional and classist.

This is my favorite Loft store because it blows any other out of the water when it comes to customer service. The staff is friendly, honest and not pushy.

Disappointing. I have been a loyal albeit infrequent customer. Was shocked by the difference in customer service. Staff spoke openly and inappropriately about negative customer experiences. No one offered any assistance until check out.

Staff is very friendly and professional. At a difficult time that is great to see.
