When you expect good customer service look somewhere else. Try to get my RI tech inspection done and after 3 attempts they still can’t get their act together.nFirst time tech smoked in my car and smelled like an ashtray.nNeeded to come for a recheck, made and appointment, had someone drop me off to learn they ran out of stickers.nMade an new appointment for the following week. When I call to confirm they had sticker, my appointment was not noted in the calendar.nMade another appointment for the next day and dropped of the car again.nCalled next day to check if my car is finally ready to find out that the inspection machine in down now and uncertain who would fix it when. Now information from their side or apology. Starting to wonder when I will get my car back.

Go in for an inspection they charge you $20 for a license plate bulb. A $2 bulb that takes 3 minutes to put in. How do you justify that? Oh I know. Cause its for an inspection and the customer has no choice. At $60/HR you are 400% your money. I get it we all gotta make a profit but total gouging. You can sheer a sheep more than once and skin it only once.
