Dealing with Neil of King Philips motors has been the worst experience of my life. He sold me a lemon for 5,800 dollars in cash. Two weeks after owning the car the check engine light came on for SAFETY reasons (steering column seeping power steering fluid) which Neil refused to acknowledge. We came to an agreement that he would fix the damages splitting the cost with me, charging me another $700 dollars. Upon receiving my vehicle the check engine light was still on. After having my vehicle in his posesion for over a month, Neil explained to me this was yet another problem with the vehicle. 8 days after receiving the vehicle with said repairs to the steering rack all the fluid in the entire rack leaked out. I then took the vehicle to a legitimate place, the mechanic there said whoever put the steering rack in jammed the line to the power steering. Neil has since refused to reply to me and still refuses to refund my money for the lemon car he sold me or for the damages to the steering line due to the installation of the steering column.

Nothing yet but I will wait to see what happens to the last review of that poor women and see if there is any response to fixes for this customer. I am finding a lot of people talking about used car lots and the practices that are giving all others bad names but I will wait and see. My mechanic actually rent's q garage from the owner seems to sell quality cars and I'm pretty sure my mechanic works on them for him quality work from both parties

I bought a 2007 Chevy Malibu an with in the last 2 months my check engine light came on an now there is some thing wrong with the transmission . So I called them today to see what they can do for me . We shall see but I am single mom of to disabled children needed a reliable car an told the owner this an he suggested the Malibu. An now here we are
