Absolute worst service I have ever had. Our order was completed and the. Sat on top of their oven where no one saw it and we sat in the store for 40 minutes waiting only for ME not a single employee to notice that it had been sitting there for who knows how long. And then wanted me to wait while they shuffled through 50 receipts to try and find mine after I had already paid when I first came in the store. Would not recommend going there if they have to deal with more than just your order.
I am from out of town. Ordered via phone at 2pm to pick up at 5pm, Bbq chicken bites and small pizza. Gentleman on the phone was pleasant. I arrived at 5:05p, the young lady said my order was ready, as it showed my name on the display screen for the customers. I paid. Waited 15min asked if it was ready..nope. waited until 5:30pm asked for my money back..still noone knew where my order was. Many people coming in and out taking boxes of food..many employees too.nNo manager available, no discount.. I left and realized I had hot chicken bites instead of BBQ with a pizza.
Awesome pizza! Fresh pasta and Friendly service What else could one expect when ordering pizza?
This dominoes is great. I've been ordering from them for years and not one time have they messed up my order, been late or brought cold food. Great store, great employees.
