Interstate Lanes

Used to be my favorite place to go. Hard to find a bowling ball anymore, especially if you have big hands. The older gentlemen that works behind the counter, (sometimes uses a walker if that helps the description) he always seems irritated when he is there, and is always disrespectful to every customer I've seen him wait on. It's difficult to explain to him that we want 3 games and shoes, seems like it's a difficult task to understand and normally argues with us until he figures it out. The last time I went, which will be the last time I ever go, he turned off our lane in the middle of our final game, we paid for 3 and weren't even able to finish. His response is that we took too long to bowl 3 games so he turned it off. Definitely gone down hill at that place

First off, the employees are EXTREMELY RUDE. The pizza was burnt, pitcher of pop was mostly ice and watered down at that. It was 26.50 for 2 shots of crown and 2 SHIRLEY TEMPLES which were mostly Sprite. It cost $60 for the burnt pizza, watered down pop and 1.5hrs of bowling which if you have kids it is nearly impossible to get even 1 game of bowling in and have enough time to eat. The lanes were nearly empty when we arrived so it is not like it was busy. On top of that the older gentleman who rang us up was not only rude, but condescending toward our children when we said we would like 3 games of bowling. He repeatedly asked if we were sure, as if we didn't know our own kids. Not all kids are the same and ours were having the time of their life until the lane shut off half way through our 2nd game. Also, I should mention during that hour and a half it took almost 20mins to get the same gentleman to set the bumpers for our 6yr old which also held up our bowling time. During our entire time there besides the older gentlemen, there were 2 other younger people (1 guy, 1 girl) who barely did anything other than sit behind the counter and eat and drink, talking to customers while sitting down, couldn't even approach the counter to speak to customers. We WILL NEVER GO BACK and I suggest if you want a fun family night out, drive a little further into Maumee and visit Timbers or Southwick Lanes, don't waste your time or money.

Good place for open bowling. They could use more loaner balls though. They seem to usually have an open lane or 2 when none of the other joints have any availability. $4.75 pp/game and $3 pp/shoes
