I contacted the dealership about a car I saw online. I was put through to Ryan Leal. From the beginning Ryan was very kind and understanding. My husband and I drove to the dealership from Defiance to look at said car. After the test drive we wanted to be absolutely sure that was the car we wanted. So Ryan took us through a walk through the lot to look at vehicles within our price range. We found a 2015 Nissan that we really loved. After the test drive, we told Ryan about some issues we noticed. Ryan took care of what we wanted done before we purchased the vehicle. Even though we didn’t purchase a Ford, the buying experience was completely easy! Ryan made it easy! He wasn’t pushy at all!

We had been searching for a truck that could handle pulling our camper. After searching for months we found one on-line at this dealership. Ryan Leal was very helpful and sent us videos of the truck as we are 2 hours away. We put a deposit down on the truck to hold it till we could get there to look at it. There were several problem with the truck when we arrived. They fixed all the little things and put new tires on. However they would not fix the manifold leak. The truck “looked” to be in good condition and so we decided to buy it. They weren’t willing to go down on the price at all. And they sold us a warranty.n2 months later we had to replace the manifold and thankfully we bought that warranty as we had to pay the deductible plus the cost of the warranty. Now 3 months into owning the truck we noticed something was going on with the paint job. We took the truck to a body shop only to find out that they had put a layer of paint over the wheel wells and caulked the metal together to hide the rusted out wheel wells!!!! They had also rigged the rockers so that they “looked” like they were also in good shape. These too are also completely rusted out!!!! If we don’t fix the problems now the whole truck will be worthless before we even pay it off!nI called Ryan when I returned home from the body shop. As this was only 3 months after purchasing the truck. He says he doesn’t know anything about anything being covered up & that we bought the truck “as is.” He repeated that a few times. He said he’ll have to talk to another guy on Monday to decide if they can do anything for us. I hope they do as this is awful to do to people. We are hard workers and thought we were buying a truck from a reliable dealership. To hide a rust problem on a truck that cost us $14,000 only to find out the very most it was worth is really $9,000 at most due to rust is ridiculous. I truly hope the dealership makes this right. That will show what kind of dealership this really is. They were well aware of the condition of rust this truck had.nAmber

Toby assisted me. The vehicle I picked had a scratch, which they immediately fixed. It was ready to pick up way sooner than expected which was awesome. They were all very professional and friendly. They respond quickly and are very straightforward and to the point. If you go to this dealership, you won't have any games or hoops. It was a smooth fast process. Very enjoyable experience.

I bought an almost-new used car through Nate Metz in July 2020. I found it online (three hours from where I live) and from the moment I contacted the dealership, my experience was great. He wasn't pushy and did the research necessary to answer my questions. He was also very helpful in the negotiation process which was unique because I didn't actually see the car for the first time until right before I signed the paperwork. I didn't feel like I needed to look it over since it was so new,, but Nate encouraged me to do that and take it for a test drive. Nate and Derrow-Shirkey gave me trust in the process and I drove away in a great car for a fair price.
