NEW RENTERS BEWARE! Hi I just started renting from Drab2fab I moved in and I’ve already had My landlord show up in announced once and I’ve lived in the rental for less Than 90 days (inspection happens every 90 days which I’m okay with), I’ve already had fire marshals through the home and because the rental wasn’t ready to be rented maintenance is here almost every other week (when they don’t bail because of none existent rain) I’ve done carpentry for 2 years and rain doesn’t effect that. I also got an eviction notice day one from the landlord bc she smelt Mary Jane on my clothes, yet I work at a dispo and they were fully aware. Rent is also exceedingly ridiculous I pay 200 dollars more than my mother does for the same size house. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone trying to be left alone and be in peace. They do not care for their tenants what so ever. Moved in paid 2500 btw and I couldn’t even pee in the toilet upstairs without it leaking in the kitchen atleast they fixed that fastud83dude4fud83cudffd
