Absolutely terrible service... Dropped my car off cause it was having security issues and i wanted a new key and my remote start unplugged. They called me saying that my PCM was bad and when i went to pick it up it was just a code that they couldn't clear, and somehow they unplugged my blower as well so i have no heat or any air. The key that they ordered wasnt even the right key. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I've been happy with this place overall in the past. Lately it seems like their service is not up to par. I have had to bring my car back several times for them to continue work they should have already done and completed. They then charged me for something they should have done in the first place. Example: I paid for 'The Works' oil change and that includes topping off all fluids. They did not fill the washer fluid (not sure about the rest). With that said, a quick drive back to the shop, the service personnel topped it off. To me though, that is not good service and not doing right for the customer.nnUpdate: Chip is an amazing manager! I called him up to explain my concerns and he credited my account; he's done this a couple times. I can't give five stars just because it would be great to have the job done right the first time.

I came in thinking I needed a new set of tires on my 2018 Traverse due to the wear on the front tires. The Service Tech, Joey Dohner, looked at them & said if we rotate them, it should get you another 8,000 miles.nYou always get fantastic service at Bryan Ford!
