I was working with James Dismore, and I can't say enough about how well he worked with me throughout my truck purchase. All of my communications were done over the phone and through text. James was always willing to answer all and any of the questions I had, and did I ever have a lot of questions. I started talking with him on a Saturday and waited until Monday to make the decision; I was told multiple other people were interested in the same truck and James held onto it for me until I gave him my final decision. All the paperwork was done for me before I drove to the dealership to make finance go as quickly and smoothly as possible. Thanks to James and the entire team at Linwood for making the entire vehicle purchase process a pleasurable one in getting my dream truck.

I have bought a car here from Armando and my wife just bought one from Richard, both great. I can say it's a nice experience, easy and a fair group of people to deal with. Richard stayed late to get our deal finished and is a down to earth local guy. We were treated well on a trade, wife is happy, will be back I'm sure.

Prior to finding a car with Linwood our shopping experience was starting to become stressful. We talked to multiple lots who tried to push cars on us that were either outside of our budget or not at all what we were looking for. We found a car we liked online and started our communication with Richard Farris via email on setting up a time to test drive it. When we got to the lot he had the car pulled up front and ready for us to test out. Never once did we get the feeling that he was trying to push the sale on us nor did he try to get us to look at other vehicles. Once the decision was made to purchase Richard and the Financing department were fantastic to work with. They were attentive and answered all our questions. Once we are ready to replace our other vehicle Richard and the team at Linwood will be our fist choice.

My wife and I went to Linwood looking to buy a used vehicle but found such a good deal on a new GMC Terrain that we couldn't turn it down. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially our salesman Richard. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and satisfied with our purchase.
