I got my hair braided a week ago and all my braids are falling out I went to get my hair fixed and they told me it was my fault my braids came out because my hair was short my hair is not short and they also told me I had to buy my on hair to fix what they messed up I spent $200 and they should of told me that before they braided my hair I’m having to put my own braids back in I will never go to this establishment again very unprofessional save your money I have picture I’m going to try to post them

I just got my hair done least then a week and its come in out i paid 180 and brought my own hair in im really mad about this im not happy about spending this much just for it to come out less then a week

Well one it took me two days the first day I called they said they would call I wanted to get in there so bad I kept calling so then I finally called no go went the next day and finally was able to get my hair done well the next day braids came out I didn't call because I know they are very busy , but I did text no respond so imma just go up there tomorrow, they are friendly to who they want to be friendly to , I also notice that they really don't care about what you say about your hair whats matter is that money I was ask for the money before the job was done never did no where but I still need my braids fix only being the second day and I paid 160 and I had two family members refer me here......and I don't knowbrealky how to feel I didn't feel welcome so thats a problem with me I've been in customer service for over 35 years and never was like it just wasn't a go for me for that so idk ill have to see I want to keep braids in but I need someone that care im trying to regrow my hair so money is a factor but my hair is to especially when I'm paying for it
