I have not practiced yoga for about four years, but wanted to start up again. I decided to take a class, and I'm very glad it was at this studio. I took a Level 1 class with Kenzie as the instructor. She was calm, kind, and a great instructor that gave us alignment/posture reminders at perfect times. The staff was very welcoming and inviting, as was the atmosphere of the studio. It was a very enjoyable experience and I will be returning! I definitely recommend this studio.

This was my very first time doing Yoga! I started with the Stretch and Strengthen Class...Such a WONDERFUL experience!!! Our instructor was just so sweet! So personable, and very knowledgeable! She helped me so very much to ensure I was getting the most from my first experience. I am hooked! I will be going from here on out!! Thank you so very much Li'l Yoga Shop!!
