Love Blind and sons! They always explain things well. And they wear the shoe covers when walking around my house. I love this aspect of their customer service. Today they handled some sump pump maintenance. As always, a 5 star visit! Can’t say enough about Scott B. who helped out today. Just great people providing great service.

Dominic provided regular maintenance service for our heating system. He also provided additional service (replaced the igniter). Dominic was informative and provided professional and courteous service. He explained his recommendation to my satisfaction. I appreciated the explanations and the thoroughness of the service call. Additionally, in light of the current pandemic situation, he was masked, gloved and wore paper boots. He maintained adequate social distance and was cognizant of maintaining proper procedures, even through check out. The practice and effort was greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Shawn was our plumber and he was so nice and knowledgeable. He did a great job putting new piping under our kitchen sink! I give Shawn 5 stars! I only gave the company 3 stars this time because our appointment was canceled yesterday towards the end of the day when we waited all day for them and today they were 45 minutes late.

This company is very professional and my overall experience with them was excellent. We couldn't be happier with the service we received. Kevin was very thorough when he provided estimates and options to choose from. The installation crew was professional, worked well together, and even seemed to take pride in the work they did. Very neat work. Also, the equipment installed is quality and a huge upgrade from our previous furnace/AC. I highly recommend!

Their price beat everyone else for my new 2 ton AC unit. The 2 guys that installed it, Mike and Anthony were very courteous and knowledgeable. Everytime Blind has come out, they are so friendly and experienced. I'm a happy customer! Update: They really take great care of their customers. If you are looking for someone you can trust - don't hesitate to call Blind & Sons.
