Awesome dealership! I switched from Brunswick Subaru for service after taking my car numerous times for the same problem. It's a 2020 Forester with less than 5500 miles. I took it to Serra and they immediately went to work on it and put me in a loaner car. Joe Goodrich was great to work with and respectful. Mark is the service manager and was very kind and is truly waning resolve for my issue. I will not ever try a different Subaru dealership after the way I was treated by Serra. They genuinely care and it shows.nThank you all for your professional attitude!

Our experience is exactly what we have come to expect from our salesman Jason Ryan. Jason gave me his cell phone number years ago and when it came time to lease again I gave him a call. He told me he was happy to help, but was no longer at the dealership where we last leased from and had moved to Serra Subaru over fifty miles from our home. There was no hesitation on our part. We drove out and met with Jason.nnThis is our fifth Outback, dating back to 2009. All leased with Jason's help. He has always worked very hard for us finding just what we want at a price we can afford. I happily tell everyone interested in a new Subaru about OUR salesman Jason.nnThis is why we feel our purchase was extraordinary!

Chad was very helpful from the time of arrival and throughout the time it took to finish my scheduled service on my 2020 Subaru Outback. He kept me updated as the service progressed. I asked him if he could ask the technician to check and replace the wiper blades if they felt they needed to be replaced. When he returned later to let me know that my vehicle was ready and to hand me the service documents, he mentioned that they replaced the wiper blades as a courtesy under the warrantee, since they were worn enough to replace them. My entire service visit was done well within the time frame that I thought it would take, which made a very positive impression on me, and shows how determined Serra Subaru of Akron/Canton, Ohio is to provide fast, but accurate professional service and also intends to make having my car serviced when any is needed, that they aim to please!!!

My experience was awesome. Here are a few charactistics that stood out to me during our communication. I never felt pressured, I felt a sincere desire to help me find a car that met my goals nit just something off the lot. You asked many defining questions and sought to explain any questions I had. I felt valued as a customer. Very happy with my purchase. I have already suggested you and Serra to a few people.

This was my first experience with them. I went in for a recall on my air bag. This is the best team I have seen at a car dealership. Everyone greeted me and it was so nice. I had the opportunity to talk with Tim. He did great getting me set up with fast service and just excellent customer service. I will be coming back for sure. Thank you to everyone I met.
