We have been customers of this dealership since moving to Ohio in 1997. They originally won our trust with their honesty and fair treatment and we have been customers ever since. Many of the people that we met originally are still there and that familiarity and continuity shape the shopping experience. Paul Burke has been our sales advisor for several years. Jason was amazing! He worked on his off hours for me and we were able to take care of everything via phone, email, & text. I live an hour away and it was great to be able to make that trip one time to sign papers & drive away in my new vehicle. Thanks again Jason for everything!

Words simply are not enough to describe our excellent experience when purchasing our Subaru Forester Sport! Had a fantastic experience leasing my vehicle from Serra Subaru. Rick Ballas is great to work with. Rick was proactive, and pressure free. He listened to what we wanted, and found the perfect vehicle at a great value. He was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicle providing much needed data which allowed us to eventually make a fantastic choice. An exceptional experience. I also feel that we got an exceptional value and was offered a high level of customer service. Highly recommend going to Rick and Serra Subaru if you're in the market for a new or slightly used vehicle

This was the best experience I have had so far regarding making a vehicle purchase! My Sales Consultant, David Somerville JR was top notch! No pressure, listened to my needs and concerns and provided excellent customer service that I know will go beyond the sale with the Serra Auto Park group! Would I recommend Serra Mazda, yes!
