Eric Hoffman is, as usual, always amazing. Eric communicated me with me about brake problem, price etc. Let me know when car was done. Knows I wish to drive this car longer and made sure when I picked car up that I was good on all recommended service for my Malibu. And the best of all was that he knew from other visits that I had an interest in the newer Malibu and that was my loaner. He's great. Always always have great experiences with him.nn12-11-20nnEric Hoffman remains a cut above with regards to his customer service. Kind. On time. Communication is outstanding. Their service department always does a fantastic job. I’m very thankful for their integrity. I always leave feeling confident they did their best and took care of our car. I happen to get Eric most often and he’s fantastic. The other guys have been great too. I don’t mind driving the 30 mins it takes me to get there for their service.

Overall it was a great experience! It was my first time buying a car and Greg took the time to walk me through everything and to have a better understanding of what I was getting into. It didn’t feel like I was being pressured into buying something I didn’t really want. It all happened so fast too. By the time I got there at 830am I was out the door with my new car by noon.

The staff at Serra Chevy was great. We talked with the owner who was great. Are sales person Eric Johnson was great. I talked to him on the phone several times before going in to the dealer to discuss what I was looking for. Eric was very helpful. He gave me the information I asked on a truck. When I switched what truck I was looking at he didn’t miss a beat. He keep me well informed what was going on when I was waiting to sign papers. There was a hiccup with my bed liner and Eric took care of it right away. I have bought many cars in my life time and the dealer and their staff were excellent. No pressure and helpful with any concerns I had. I have talked to several of the staff members since I have had the truck to confirm everything is good and if I have any questions or problems with the truck. Great team and great dealership.
