First, I want to apologize to Jim Marks & Rick Vaughn for not writing this sooner! We had the BEST experience with this dealership!! We purchased a vehicle for our son and a week after we had it, we took it to service for an oil leak. Got it back and within another week, took it back for the engine light being on. Less than 2 weeks later, took it back for an oil leak. When we got it back, the leak was worse than before...so instead of telling us, “Tough break! You bought it.” Rick Vaughn offered to either allow us to find another vehicle on the lot or receive our money back and move on.nBecause of our great experience with Jim Marks, who communicated with us throughout taking the other car back and forth, we decided to look on the lot. We found the same make and model car, 3 years newer and 44K less miles than the first one. Rick Vaughn did us a huge solid!!! Not only did he give us a FANTASTIC DEAL on the car, we were able to get a bumper-to-bumper, 4 yr/50K mile warranty with a $100 deductible! Because of the SPECTACULAR customer service, we got a vehicle for our son that he will (hopefully)be able to have through college and possibly beyond!nIn all my years of buying cars, I have never had such a POSITIVE experience with a dealership!! This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Earl Witherspoon was so informative and helpful. Along with Josh in finance. Both are top notch! If you want an easy no obligation dealership, this is your place. They were very upfront and honest the entire time and didn't pressure you into anything you didn't agree to.

I just leased my fifth vehicle from Ron Marhofer Hyundai in Green and I have never had a problem with the vehicles or the dealership. I just leased a 2021 Santa Fe from Mark Ortshied and he made the process super easy. I was in and out of the dealership in about three hours with my new vehicle. Mark even scheduled my first service appointment and explained all the cars bells and whistles. A great place to buy a car and have the car serviced for trouble-free motoring.

I can’t say enough good things about the positive experience we had here. Eric S. was absolutely wonderful, and we will recommend working with him and this dealership and anyone and everyone. We didn’t once feel pressured into making a decision, and he was so helpful with the process. I’ve never seen a cleaner, more detailed used car come off of a dealership lot. They were transparent, honest and Eric didn’t waste any time and went out of his way to help us end up with exactly what we were looking for. Beyond happy with the purchase and the experience. We will be returning for any future purchases!
