The people are just being a rude snooty and don’t know what the heck they’re doing. It’s like every other month I could take out on my credit card but every other month I can’t.There’s no rhyme or reason to it besides they just are not trained right.

Customer services was not polite to me about the crediting on venmo. Very Disappointed.
Slowest service I've ever experienced. With the inside closed I'm forced to do my banking with the drive up teller. It's no exaggeration when I say it takes 30 plus minutes to even get to the teller with only 1 car in front of me. It's so very frustrating
