Joan Grispin has the worst attitude I have ever seen. She looks down on everyone and makes you feel as if you are the biggest inconvenience in the world. She treats everyone as if they are incompetent, but can hardly do her job right. She will lose your documents, take ages to get anything done, never answers phone calls, and has the audacity to get disrespectful for the mistakes she makes. She is clearly dead inside and needs to retire ASAP! If you are thinking of coming here, I HIGHLY advise you to look elsewhere.
