Place is nice, always clean and the owners are awesome people. My things were stored and I had easy access to my unit for 4 yrs. I did find a Lot of my belongings had water damage on one side of unit that I wasn't aware of til I moved it all out, lost a Lot of things to the trash, but not stressing it. I would just check all corners of Any storage facility next time. Would highly recommend this storage to everyone though, it's well kept.
i tried to get an apartment through this place and i have the ky housing voucher which is guaranteed that they will get paid every month and that wasnt good enough for them. i had a dog that ive had for 7 years and i gotten rid of him because they said they didnt allow pets. so i was denied for an apartment. plus my dog my best friend is gone. this is very unprofessional of a business. i would NOT recommend this place for a place to live or to rent storage units. i was denied for the simply fact that im a stay at home mom with a 5 year old son but do have the means to pay my bills. very unprofessional. do not rent there apartments or there storage units plus i do not give this place 1 star but i had to in order to post my review i give them a -100 stars
Friendly staff and love the fact they have the gate you need a code to get in(everyone's is different)plus they have camera's as well.
Clean. Spaced nicely
So far i like my storage facility. Access 24/7 and its a smaller facility so there is never anyone there, relaxing place to keep my stuff if that makes sense.nnIt takes alot too get a 5 star review from me. So the lacking star doesnt mean amything bad. Great place to have storage!
