Horrible service they are constantly never ready for there orders you constantly have to wait 5 to 6 minutes after you pay because they don't have food ready. They have even admitted to me it's at the direction of the owner because he and she are sick and tired of food spoilage which is very common in a fast food industry. It's a shame Burger King went out of business instead of them.

They got part of my breakfast Oder correct...nnMy family and I were missing sausage from our big breakfasts with pancakes, plus missing a premium medium roast coffee.nnVery hard to get ahold of anyone when the restaurant doesn’t answer the phone.

Rude, choc shake was handed to us running all over, and was vanilla with blobs of chocolate on it. Looked like a sundae.....wouldn't take it back, said do to covid....what???? Said their machine was down. After asking for the manager. We did get a refund. But also wanted us to move forward, we were hurting their time. Should be more concerned with the customer sitting right there. We refused, said just process the refund please so we can go.

I buy 2 to 4 lg coffees with 4 cream and 8 sugars every day. About 80%of the time it has the correct amount of sugar. 20%of the time they might have 1 sugar. I have called several times in the past 2 years and spoke to several managers but this problem persists.ud83dude1eud83dude1eud83dude29ud83dude29

It never fails every time I come here the girls working the register window are ALWAYS rude also I can never seem to get fresh food even when they have a line ! Or even when I ask ! It’s always old and Luke warm if not cold ! I’m not the type to come on any platform and complain because I understand people have bad days but this is consistently (also I come here every morning to get coffee for my grandmother and they all but throw the coffee out at me ) I’ve called and talked to the manager and they seemed irritated that I even called so I definitely wouldn’t go here for fresh anything !
