I am standing in front of Starbucks and they still are not open and it is 7:40 in the morning. They're saying they're running behind and won't be open for another 10 minutes. We'll see.nnI left at almost 8:00 and they still were not open. I could see the employees behind the counter. They were back there laughing and cutting up instead of working to get the store open. I finally just left with no coffee. Other customers had walked up, too, but walked away empty-handed, also. ud83dude2cud83dude2cud83dude2cud83dude2c

Love their chai! And their shortbread cookies!
Heather was incredibly friendly and helpful despite being busy and the only barista at the time. She answered our questions, upsold us to larger drinks which honestly helped our drive and was overall a pleasure to chat with. Thanks Heather!
The staff here was f-ing grumpy and rude ! This is not the Starbucks brand I know and I like ud83dude21 worst experience ever ! This makes me feel like never visiting another Starbucks ever again! Damn it ! Spoiled my day with that kind of negativity and attitude !
