This upgrade that they just completed took way too long, still not able to access my accounts at 9:48 am on Tuesday, website is not loading, and new app just says something went wrong. Not impressed with the implementation on their upgrade. How unacceptable is it to keep people from viewing their accounts for 5 days now.
Had a loan from them and they were always friendly.
My mother is a senior citizen, and has done business here for many years. I do not live in Shelby, but visit often, and assist her with her financial needs. When we stop by the credit union we are always greeted with smiles, made to feel welcome, and treated with respect. Both of us recommend Directions Credit Union to any person with banking needs.
this is the worse credit union ever do not bank with them they deposited my check then put a hold on it and told me it would be available in 4 days not happy but said ok went back 4 days later and they put another hold on it for 10 days!!!! i cant get my own money out and all my bills are going to be late beware do not bank here
Never answer the phone and rude employees.
