I've been doing my taxes with Chris in Ottawa Ohio for quite some time now pretty sure we're going on 6 years maybe seven I was still in my twenties and she finds stuff I would have never even looked at to make sure I get the best refund I can get. She explains things to me in a simple manner even a caveman can get but also treat you like you're a highly intelligent individual not to mention hard working. He remembers my name and remembers the things I've gone through even though we see each other about once a year. If you don't have your taxes prepared by her you are a fool for not doing so she's that good

My husband and I love the person that does our tax returns! She spends time answering all our questions. She is very personable! She makes us feel at ease. We trust her.

The customer service was amazing. Jill Imm did a phenomenal job. She answered all of our questions and helped up find the best refund. Celestial checked us in. She was quick to check us in and happy to do so. The wait time was less than two minutes.
