Mark Farina and the rest of the staff at Sarchione Ford are amazing to deal with. They are friendly, helpful, straightforward, and just an amazing group of people to buy a car from. It was just easy. I never got pressured to buy something I didn't want. I told them what I was looking for and they found it. I wish it was this easy all the other times I purchased a car. Thank you for everything and making it fun and easy.

We had a wonderful experience today with our purchase while working with Angelo Massimo. He was respectful, kind and did not pressure us. He listened to our needs and concerns and met every expectation. We would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to ask for Angelo.

I spoke to Kieth on the phone and was able to do the whole deal over the phone. I buy a truck every year and I will purchase from Kieth at Sarchione Ford in Randolph from now on. He didn’t pressure me and everything he told me on the phone that was tough to believe was true. Highest Trade offer I received and cheapest price on the new truck I found in the country! Helpful and Honest... Thank you Kieth!

I have purchased 2 cars from Mark at the Ford dealership in Randolph and both times have been such a pleasant experience dealing with him and this dealership. He is an amazing sales associate to deal with and goes above and beyond for his customers. I highly recommend Sarchione Ford and Mark Farina in Randolph!

This is the way I like to do business. I called and made an appointment with Angelo, to look at a used Ford Flex. He was prepared for my arrival, and handed me the keys to it, right away. After I completed my test drive, I explained what my budget was. There was no back and forth. Angelo was able to complete the deal without any games. My bank had already preapproved me, so all I had to do was to print out my own loan papers. Brandon (the closer) finalized the loan papers with my bank, and I was on my way. They even filled the tank, washed the car, and offered to fix a paint blemish on one of the fenders. What was especially wonderful about this dealership, was how conversational our business relationship was. Very friendly. Very professional. They listened to what I wanted.....and they delivered. It's a fair drive out to the country. Yet, it was well worth the drive.
