Mill Creek Campground

We've been camping here for 12 years. Made lots of memories and plan on making more. Only camping facility that we found sites in the wooded area on the lake. They're spread out more than most campgrounds. Very well priced compared to most as well. Bathrooms and showers are maintained fairly good. We always recommend Mill Creek.

I really enjoy visiting this campground. It is close to home, family friendly, lots of different sites to choose from too. The lake is big, open, and the fish bite!! Also, some of the campsites are lakefront, which is lovely to have your own private beach to swim, fish, float, or just listen to the water splashing. Be careful when booking online because some sites that are lakefront are tricky because to get to the lake you have to navigate down a tricky incline but others are flat and have open beautiful views of the lake.

We had a blast! Beautiful tent camping with easy access to the lake. Clean boat launch with ample parking. I saw a few comments prior to going about glass. The only glass we found was washed up. There will always be a few that think they are above the rules. We picked up a bottle and a few broken pieces. It didn't ruin our time. The crew and sheriff were amazing. We saw them several times and they were so friendly and just out and about doing their jobs. The grounds are SUPER accommodating. While the restrooms are typically accessible they are not meant for adult care. We really enjoyed our weekend and I will be going back for years to come.

I really enjoyed this campground. While we stayed secluded to ourselves and never used any public facilities (so I'm not sure what they are like) we liked it. It was quiet and peaceful. The rangers were around often and I mean OFTEN, driving around, checking on everything. Lake is a bit bumpy if you're kayaking and not on a boat due to high speed jet skiers and boaters (which is totally fine, one should live their life as they please). People are respectful and nice around this campground. I'd definitely stay here more often!
