Very well organized! Normal goodwill prices... But kinda on the high side. Friendly staff!

I have never been to this goodwill before, I usually go to the one in Fremont. I pulled up to the double doors to donate a bag of clothes, and before I even put the car in park, a gentleman came out to greet me. He was incredibly rude, and told me that I hadn’t pulled up far enough and he couldn’t see me. No “hello” or “how are you?” I apologized right away and explained I have never been here before. I thought that was strange because I hadn’t even been in park for a whole minute, and the double doors have sensors and they opened when I pulled in. He continued to be rude and I offered to take my business elsewhere. Will not be returning to this goodwill again!

They are some of the most negative people I've ever met. My whole experience was uncomfortable... one lady welcomed us into the store with a sad attitude and than welcomed us a second time. Did not feel welcomed.

I am visiting from out of state and stopped in to see what this Goodwill had to offer. I liked the variety of items, but the prices didn't seem reasonable. As I was looking at a purse one of the cashiers came up to my family and pointed to my 3 year old and said how old is she? I replied, she is 3 why? She replied well she needs a mask. Then walks away. Fine, I put her mask on. My 3 yr old had been holding a puppy the whole time in the store she couldn't wait to pay for. I place the puppy on the counter to pay and the cashier said she couldn't sell me the puppy because it has no tag. She could of simply asked a manager a price but she rudely just took the puppy and threw it in a bin. That upset my 3 year old and I found it rather rude and inconsiderate. I will not return to this store and I think proper training needs to take place here.

Yesterdays visit to this goodwill was awful...the worker...older lady screaming at my adult daughter about wearing a mask...my daughter WAS wearing her mask...we put our stuff back & we left...the store had alot of people in it...they should fire that old woman..I'm calling corporate Monday morning on her !!!!!!
