Have bought many Jeep vehicles from this dealership and won’t even look anywhere else. Scott has treated us as VIP customers since we first walked in their door and continues to do so. Highly recommend! Customer service is excellent not only in sales but service as well. Steve is top notch in scheduling, providing feedback, and follow-up. You can’t go wrong when shopping at Baumann in Port Clinton!

Bought a used Jeep Cherokee from here it was a easy no hassle deal, had a major issue with the auto 4x4 within a few days of purchase, was told to take it to a local jeep dealer have it checked out. When i got the repair cost for a new rear diff. Baumann agreed to write me a check for the repair and just have it fixed locally... ( i am from Mich.) Couldn't ask for much more ..If you are in the market i would recommend them..

Port Clinton Baumann Auto Center is is rated seconded to none in my book. Everyone is so helpful and not pushy. Just purchased a brand NEW Chevy Truck and got an awesome price. Thank you Sue and Aaron for everything.

Boy where do I start? Sergio was excellent as I was coming from Toledo and didn’t want to waste a trip to look at a vehicle. He took time from his day to video the car and send the detailed video to my cell phone. It was a used vehicle but he was very upfront about any imperfections before I committed to the trip.I am super picky and an inspector by trade so I don’t want my time wasted. There were hardly any imperfections by the way.nnScott the finance guy was superb in the way he handled the deal on a Saturday. I was literally in and out in an hour and a half at most. Sure beats any deal I’ve done in a long time and I have done my share and the last one had me, my wife and two kids waiting around for hours. Not these guys though. I would gladly pass over several dealerships on my way out of Toledo to work with these guys.

1-4-21 Overall my experience with this dealer has been poor. Car buying experience was fine, seeing as I bought a used vehicle and I knew exactly what I wanted. The vehicle was used as a “runner” and had more than 1000 miles over listed mileage, kind of annoying. The car was also not as clean as you would expect buying from a dealership. They offered to detail it but that would mean waiting an extra 3 days for the vehicle, which I needed to drive home that day, more annoying. I can get over those things but my major issue is what is going on currently. I traded in a vehicle on the car I purchased and they transferred plates to new vehicle. I bought the vehicle on 12-11-20. I still do not have title or the money they owe me from the trade in. My registration has since expired and my wife is driving the vehicle with expired tags. I have inquired multiple times and finally was told it would be mailed on 12-23-20. Still no title, still no check for balance owed. 1-4-21 I called again to inquire and was told it was mailed on 12-28-20, not the date I was promised. Almost a month, no title, no money owed to me. In my opinion, this dealership cares about car sales and that’s it. Not that hard for a sales guy to follow through and make sure the deal is right on the back end. I don’t really want to hear the excuses. Be diligent
