Easy to talk with. Able to explain tax law without going over your head or dumbing it down too much.

The people here are always extremely friendly and very professional. I have yet to do a sit down appointment with them and have just been just dropping off my W2s in other required documents. They would let me know at that time that it could take up to a week to complete my packet, but it has never taken that long. Usually after a day or two they would call me to notify me that my packet is ready.nnAs for the packet I am talking about, I don't feel like it's appropriate for me to explain it since I don't know the right terminology nor do I have the Knowledge to fully explain it in details. However, I can say that it is very helpful on understanding a lot about my Tax Return. It is also very organized and detailed and even has a slot for each of the documents you turned in for your Taxes. Very handy to have if you ever have to refer back to your Tax Return later on in the year.
