Great staff! Super friendly and always very helpful. I also love their clothing. Very fashionable and great prices. This is one my favorite stores in Celina!

I bought a pair of wide width heels and when I got home and tried them on again I decided they didn’t fit well. I went back to the store and returned them and the customer service representative accused me of wearing them and returning them. She said there was a piece of hair and glitter on the bottom. There were scuffs on these shoes and they were not worn besides trying them on. She was very rude and proceeded to just tell me it’s company policy to advise me of this. She did not advise me but accuse me of wearing them and returning them. Needless to say I will not be shopping at Cato again.
