The first place we went we had to go to a different place to get all of our paperwork printed out and then to find out it wasn't done right so we had to have it redone

Absolutely horrible customer service they take money when not authorized then when you ask about it all they say is sorry i will never do business with Jackson and hewitt and will tell my friends to do the same
