Who would ever have anything bad to say about bath and body? It has good smelling stuff..
I go to many different B&BW stores across Ohio and this is the worst store I’ve ever been to. Especially considering it’s national body care day and the first three stores I went to everyone was extremely nice and helpful like usual. The store the employees literally refused to speak to you I had my bag and there was 3 of them standing behind the register and they all just stared at me and didn’t say anything. I literally had to say can you check me out? It was awkward and uncomfortable to say the least. I had a gift card and the cashier said “hold on I’ve never had one of these” ?? WHAT. To top it offnThe cashier gave my points to someone else’s rewards account. This was a weird experience. Skip this store.
I like all the mens supplies, foamy hand soap tough cleaner gental on hands.
Great deals for some of the items. They advertise the 3 wick candles but we didn't even see any when we went inside.
We found some interesting Halloween foaming hand soaps that we thought his sisters would like for their birthdays. They were on sale. Our bag broke thru the bottom at the next store. So we took it back and was double re-bagged. Made it nice to use both bags to reuse. They had three wick candles on sale but couldn't find a flavor we could agree on.
