Liz always does a fantastic job with my aunt's hair! She can be a hard to please person, and Liz always goes above and beyond for her. I appreciate that she takes the time to make sure my aunt is happy and comfortable during her appointments.
Every time I go they're always very friendly and personalize the experience. I usually go for a haircut, bleach, and color and I've almost never had any issues. Although the one time I did they offered to fix it without any fuss, which was very appriciated. Definitely recommend paying a visit

I did not get the cut I asked for. The cut is mediocre at best.. Was left with long uncut strands that I had to trim myself. Forced to pay extra for putting a tip on my bank card. When doing so, there was no option less than a 28% tip. Will not return.nnEdit: Was offered a free cut in the future, but will not return. The ability to adjust the tip amount was not obvious and was not explained by my stylist. No other salon charges for putting a tip on a bank card. You should warn your customers to bring cash.
