The management is great along with staff, They always answers any questions with great attitudes. Facility is always well cleaned, and sanitized!! If you’re looking for a amazing gym this is it, they do a great job at making everyone feel comfortable!
I always have a good time here, the experience the workout the community is amazing! It’s fun has everything you need weights trainers good people!
Very clean. All new cardio equipment. Plenty of room and free weights. Everyone’s friendly and it’s never too crowded to move through your workout quickly. No meatheads!!nnMy daughters joined for the summer while on break from college. They love the semi private room in the back. There is a good mix of ages, genders and levels. Tanning too!!nnA great all round fitness center and I use others when I travel on business.
I just joined Anytime Fitness today and James gave me a personal training session. I'm impressed at what he knows in how to craft different body shapes based on what you're starting with. I chose a more modelesque physique, and he gave me the list of macros and routine structure to get there.nnHe used an impedance machine to get the facts and figures about my body, and watched my stretches and lifts to figure out where I stand so he could make those assessments. Plus, he explained everything to me.nnJames stated he's been training for 20 years, and he certainly knows his stuff. I've been engineering software for 17 years, and he reminds me of myself in terms of how much effort we put into our trade.
