Intimate spot. I've been twice with two different instructors in the beginners class, both knowledgeable with variances in their chosen poses. My lack of funds is the only reason I'm not there every night. Prost to the yogis and yoginis, well done and thank y'all kindly. Also bring your game face :)
The best hot yoga studio around! Love all the instructors, but Brian's classes are the best! Never thought I would remember a certain yoga session, but the time he celebrated our Pop Princess's birthday and played Britney Spears music during Hot Power Yoga was the best class I have ever taken! Lucia is the owner and she is such a gem! Support Local and Support Woman-Owned Businesses!!!
My daughter love this place, especially Rochelle! My daughter suffers from arthritis and without yoga I don't know where she would be. She has changed my daughters life. She is kind, works with her, and is an awesome person.
This is the ONLY yoga studio I will go to. :) They have been so amazing from the instructors, classes, the GORGEOUS studio itself, and the customer service! Seriously recommend to everyone I know.
I like both instructors, Monica and Trisha. They both seem to really care about their students.nThey both have their own style. I'm a beginner and have only been to a handful of classes. I appreciate how friendly the girl at the front desk is and she really has a great memory. I would definitely recommend this studio.
