I have been training at CrossFit Spirit for almost 5 years. Great family friendly facility. Would highly recommend for everyone looking for a great place to improve and have fun.
I joined CrossFit Spirit six months ago and the experience has been awesome. Top-notch coaching, great community and consistently the best workout money can buy. I highly recommend.
Almost two years ago my wife dragged me into this Crossfit stuff. Now I workout about 5 days a week and have seen a dramatic improvement in my body, confidence and nutrition. The people at this box are phenomenal, no one judges you, everyone does their own thing at their own pace. I don't know how I survived the first 38 years of my life without Crossfit and the athletes/coaches at Spirit. Thank you for changing my life.
I joined CrossFit spirit in April of 2017 and haven't looked back. awesome place, amazing people, great coaches!!!!
