I spoke with Lora about getting some new items for my wardrobe. She not only pulled the outfits, had them ready and then I was greeted, by name, at the store by the associate. Lora herself came to the store from home, just to meet with me. I was so very pleasantly surprised. If something did not feel right, she would pull something else. Absolutely loved my experience and will for sure return.
