Terry in the sales department is THE MAN! Jeff the used car manager was very helpful when the computers crashed during the buying process. The General Manager, Chris , personally came out to thank me for the business. Paperwork with Jane was quick and easy, done on a tablet too! David in the Service Department was so friendly, and got all my needs taken care of. I'd gladly do business with Crestmont Hyundai again!

I receive the worst treatment of my life from this sales department. I made an offer of 29K plus my van for a car they were offering at 36 and change. They countered with 35 out the door. I I counter offered 34K I keep my van. The salesman checked with the manager came back and said they rules the price to 36,000 out the door. And hung up on me. A couple weeks later they have the vehicle still so I offered 32+ my van. He hung up on me again. Test driving a Lincoln Continental tomorrow.My first negative review ever. I received great service buying a truck at Brunswick auto Mart and bought a new travel trailer in Akron and left a good review
